Direction of the ceremony rehearsal
Two professional coordinators on-site the day of the event
Up to ten hours of on-site management on your wedding day
Greeting vendors and overseeing deliveries as they arrive
Supervising setup of ceremony and reception décor elements
Placement of stationery, signage, and personal touches
Coordination of the ceremony from first guest to last vow
Cueing of the wedding party and ceremony procession
Distribution of florals, boutonnières, and bouquets
Management of reception flow — toasts, dances, cake cut
On-site problem solving throughout the event
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors during the event
Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities
